What's new?
The Sophia April release brings improvements to how Sophia understands your questions, guides you through support interactions, and gets you to the right outcome faster.

Clearer First Impressions: When you open Sophia, you will immediately see what she can help with. If you ask for a human agent right away, Sophia will explain what she can resolve on the spot and how escalation works, so you can make an informed choice about how to get help.

Getting to the Right Team Faster: If you have a billing or invoice question, Sophia will confirm what kind of help you need before routing you, so your question lands in the right place the first time. API-related questions are sent directly to the team that handles them, without additional back-and-forth.

Help for Non-Admin Users: If a solution requires Admin access you do not have, Sophia will let you know before walking you through steps you cannot complete. She will provide a ready-to-send email you can forward to your internal Admin to get the right person involved.

Repositioning Sophia in ATS: If you want to move or minimize the Sophia chat window in ATS, just ask. Sophia will walk you through it without sending you to a separate article.
Why Does It Matter?
Every improvement in this release is designed to reduce the effort it takes to get help. Sophia now does more of the work upfront, so your interactions are faster, your cases are more accurate, and you spend less time navigating to the right place.
How do I enable this?
No action is needed. These improvements are live automatically for all customers where Sophia is currently enabled.
Sophia is not yet enabled for all Bullhorn customers. If you are unsure whether your organization has access to Sophia, please contact your Account Manager.
